Employment
SBCS offers three unique employment preparation programs that meet the needs of participants, depending on where they are on the journey back to the workplace. Counsellors in each program meet with prospective participants to help them decide what route is best for them. Once in the program, participants are linked to employment support staff who work with them to move towards work in a way that ensures they can be successful.
