An extremely popular offering in the employment preparation programs at SBCS has been the Food & Customer Service Training Program at the first SBCS social enterprise: the Hungry Heart Cafe. The program provides industry-standard training in a professional culinary environment that prepares participants for employment in St. John’s best restaurants.
